A cup of tea

Oftentimes a cup of tea

has altered everything.

What a blessing it has proved!

What a comfort it can bring!

Just a tiny pinch of leaves

can make a magic brew - -

That can soothe a woman’s mind

and change her point of view.

Many a heart has found new hope

when things were looking grey - -

finding strength to fight against

the troubles of the day.

Many a soul has found the faith

to face life cheerfully - -

wrestling with it’s greatest problems –

over a cup of tea.
